Dale DeStefano, Office Manager

Dale was raised in Wayne, New Jersey, and started in the dental field at age 14. She had worked in several dental offices before she met Dr. Noreika in 1989. Impressed with Dr. Noreika’s approach to dental care, Dale began working with him as his chairside assistant. After getting her X-ray license and CPR/BLS certifications at the Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield, she realized that dentistry and caring for patients was her passion. Dr. Noreika and she have worked together for over 30 years.

When not at the office, Dale enjoys taking walks around her neighborhood lake and hiking in Vermont with her dog, doing yoga, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
